How UK’s Record Heatwave Affected Air Pollution!

By Kids of RMB

Record hot temperatures are making tremendous changes in levels of destructive contamination in our air, as per new information from last month’s heatwave.

Record hot temperatures in the United Kingdom are causing significant changes to the levels of harmful pollution which is in our air according to new statistics from last month’s heatwave in the UK.

In the mid of July, the temperature in the UK exceeded over 40 C for the first time! This is surprising as the temperature in the UK in the summer doesn’t usually exceed 80 F in the summer. This is all being driven by us humans as we are contributing to these massive heat waves around the world!

Scientists from the National Center for Atmospheric Science recognized two massive changes in air contamination set off by the heatwave occasion.

Drawing on a public organization of air contamination checking destinations, they found unsafe ground-level ozone levels rose forcefully, surpassing World Health Organization rules.

Let’s stop global warming to make our beloved earth a b better place to live for our future generations to come!
