Microplastics Found In Human Lungs After Undergoing Surgery!

By Kids of RMB

A new study has found that tiny plastic particles no bigger than sesame seeds are buried throughout human lungs, indicating that people are inhaling microplastics in the air.

We have found so many of these microplastic particles everywhere within scientists were expecting! This study means that microplastics are everywhere we go.

Scientists have found microplastics in lungs gathered as samples. These scientists lung tissue samples from more than 13 patients going through surgery. While scientists were examining this lung tissue, they found so much microplastic in 11 of these patients.

This means that our pollution of plastic is harming us as well! Stop the pollution of plastic to save lives and the earth of course! Let’s be responsible and make our earth a better place to live for our future generations to come.
