How air pollution is making insects like bees harder to sniff flowers!

By Kids of RMB

Air pollution is making it harder for bees and other insects to sniff and follow the scent of flowers for pollination. A team of British researchers used diesel exhaust to observe the effect on local pollinators, including bees, moths, hoverflies, and butterflies. Scientists found a 14 to 31 percent reduction in pollination among plants exposed to pollinated air! This is very bad because plant growth relies on pollination! The shocking findings suggest that air pollution could be a factor in the global decline in bees and other pollinators! We are rising the global CO2 temperatures and warming up our earth! If we continue our miserable actions towards the earth! Pollination will stop for good!

Please do make Mother Earth a better place to live for our future generations to come!! We have to share our planet with the animals as well and not just kill them!
