Let’s Talk About What Would Happen If Trees Disappeared!

By Kids of RMB

Trees are very important because they produce O2 and they make the rain come down. Now, let’s talk about what would happen if all of the trees disappeared!

Firstly, if they do disappear, the air would become much dirtier. Soon, many people would be hospitalized because of the lack of O2. Since trees are the major producers of O2, more and more Carbon Dioxide would go into the atmosphere and oxygen would slowly disappear due to the inhalation of us and animals. Greenhouse gases would just make our planet poisonous. Trees play a huge role in the water cycle as they monitor when the rain comes. So if trees disappear, rain would stop and animals would die as a result of droughts and overheating.

This is all happening because of deforestation. We are burning down forests and cutting down trees just for paper and wooden items. Why can’t we go eco-friendly and find an alternative to wood! This way, we could preserve our trees so we could have clean air to make our earth a better place to live! Stopping pollution would make our earth very natural and it would become a healthy planet once again! There are many alternatives to paper made from trees. We need to get them to the mainstream as soon as possible.

Let’s collectively make our earth a better place to live for our future generations to come. There is no Planet B!
