Serbian environmental protesters reject lithium mining plans!

Environmental protesters are demanding the cancellation of lithium mining in Western Serbia! Protesters went to Serbia’s main government and protested in front of them demanding to stop mining and save wildlife! This is a miracle because we can finally stop mining for rare and precious materials like lithium. Environmental groups said that mining would devastate nearby farmland, water, and the area’s entire ecosystem!

Like I mentioned always, we have to recycle batteries because they do use lithium! If we recycle, we get to reuse these rare components so we don’t have to go out and mine them. Someday, all of these minerals will be gone so we better start recycling to reuse and save the environment!

Environmental issues have become a concern in Serbia because the nation of 7 million people is facing bad air pollution, poor waste management, and many other environmental problems. Let’s collectively make our earth a better place to live for our future generations to come!
